A little bit of background information:
Joining Air Marketing in 2022 as a BDE, I worked with lots of different B2B customers by generating leads on their behalf. I was then promoted to our SDR in 2023, where I was responsible for conducting outreach and prospecting activity on Air’s behalf. My role involved finding new clients across multiple channels which all have the common goal of growing and closing their pipeline. Since then, I have moved into Project Management.
Jumpstarting my career by going straight into work from college, I’ve learnt that if you want to have a good time you need to work in the right place, which why I sought out Air! I love working as part of a team where I have contributed towards their growth and success with innovative strategies, and I feel well suited to a fast-paced environment with a strong and collaborative atmosphere.
A little bit about your current role:
As our Client Project Manager, I am the primary point of contact for our largest and longest standing client, ensuring all internal teams are successfully delivering across all outbound campaigns. I help to create, execute and measure the performance of the client’s campaigns, taking action where needed and collaborating across all departments to drive success. My focus is on exceeding client expectations through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
