Head of Academy

A little bit of background information:

Having grown up in Guildford, my dream to live near the coast led me to Devon, where I chose to launch my career in Exeter. While initially planning to pursue a degree in International Business, I quickly realised that gaining hands-on experience would fast-track my professional growth. At the age of 20, I entered the world of Sales and Marketing, joining Air Marketing shortly after my 21st birthday.

I began my journey with Air Marketing in 2016 as part of the Business Development team, and over the years, I have taken on various roles across the business, including Account Manager, Sales Team Manager, Client Services Director, and Sales Director. In this latter position, I was responsible for overseeing both inbound and outbound business development strategies for our Sales and Marketing departments, building strong client relationships, and driving growth.

A little bit about your current role:

In January 2024, I transitioned into my current role as Head of Academy, where I lead the development and growth of Air Sales Academy—our new service line focused on building a community of skilled sales professionals. I oversee the Academy’s performance, manage client relationships, and continuously enhance our training programmes to ensure participants achieve the best results. I am passionate about delivering value to our clients, supporting their teams, and optimising sales processes for success. From selling Academy subscriptions to onboarding new clients and delivering training, my goal is to create an environment where sales talent thrives and businesses experience real impact.
