2008

The Founder & CEO of Air Marketing, Owen Richards, joined Forrest Marketing Group in Australia. Working alongside Richard Forrest (Chairman of Forrest Marketing Group), Owen played a fundamental part in the company’s growth.

(Air Marketing has a fantastic relationship with Forrest Marketing Group (now Forrest Contact) to this day, and we’re proud to call them our sister company down under!)

2015

Owen returned to the UK, partnering with Richard Forrest to form Air Marketing. Owen had identified a gap in the market for professional, elite outsourced sales services and wanted to find like-minded individuals that shared his passion for sales and marketing.

2018

Air Marketing continued to go from strength to strength, providing companies with high-quality sales services. As the company grew, clients started to ask if Air Marketing also offered outsourced marketing activities.

We created Roots to Market to offer bespoke marketing and demand generation services. This meant clients could enjoy the benefits of a combined sales and marketing approach.

2022

In September 2022, Roots to Market merged with Air Marketing to create a full-stack sales and marketing agency.

This merge meant Air Marketing could deliver a wider range of data-driven services, providing high value for clients and an even better return on investment than ever before.

2023

In June 2023, Air Marketing unveiled the Air Sales Academy, an in-house platform designed to deliver cutting-edge sales training, spearheaded by industry leaders, for our talented BDEs and SDRs. Following a highly successful internal rollout and strong demand from external organisations, we opened access to businesses seeking customised, interactive sales training that reflects their unique goals, challenges, and market realities.

Today, Air Sales Academy empowers sales teams across industries to perform with confidence, structure, and commercial edge in an increasingly competitive landscape.
