A little bit of background info:
After graduating from Falmouth University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Fashion Marketing in 2018, I returned to Devon and began my career at a PR and marketing agency in Exeter. Starting as an Account Assistant Intern, I advanced to a Senior Account Executive in just over 2.5 years. This experience laid a strong foundation for my role as Social Media and PR Manager, and eventually Marketing Manager, at one of the UK’s leading independent footwear retailers.
In 2023, seeking a role closer to home, I joined Air Marketing as an Administrative Assistant, where I managed the busy office. I now oversee the company’s marketing activity whilst my colleague is on maternity leave. My slightly varied career journey has equipped me with a unique skill set that I’m excited to bring to this role.
Outside of work, you’ll find me either in the garden, the pottery studio, an independent coffee shop, exploring Devon’s beautiful countryside and coast, or spending time with my lovely family and friends.
A little bit about your current role:
Working closely with the internal sales and marketing teams, I lead the delivery of marketing activity and projects for Air. My role is to contribute towards the marketing strategy, bringing new ideas that drive brand awareness and lead generation, whilst maintaining strong internal relationships to ensure out marketing and sales strategies align.
There is a lot of variety in my role, from owning Air’s social channels and podcast series, to managing email campaigns, PPC and sales enablement. What I enjoy most about my role is the creative freedom it offers, allowing me to develop unique content and explore new avenues, ultimately distinguishing us from competitors and driving the company’s growth.
