A little bit of background information:
I worked in a number of sales roles in Recruitment, Lead Generation and Finance before starting as a Business Development Executive at Air. I spent a year as a BDE and then ascended to the role of Sales Team Leader.
A little bit about my current role:
My role consists of supporting my team on their performance, ensuring they achieve campaign targets and their own individual ones. I do this by instilling a focus on the key metrics we use to assess performance, conducting sales coaching and ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed.
