A little bit of background information:
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I spent a decade owning and managing a bar and B&B, and even enjoyed a year living in Gran Canaria. After a rewarding career in hospitality, I made the decision to transition into sales. During this time, I gained qualifications in Sales and Marketing Management as well as Mentoring. My career journey has taken me through a range of sectors, including sustainability and waste management, where I held roles such as Area Manager and Account Manager.
Outside of work, living in Cornwall has given me the perfect opportunity to explore its beautiful coastline, and I’m always on a mission to find the quietest beach. I’m a big sports fan, though these days I’m more of a sofa pundit! However, I still make it to Anfield whenever I can get tickets.
A little bit about my current role:
For the past two years, I’ve been working as a Sales Team Leader at Air Marketing, drawing on my extensive experience in SAAS and e-commerce. I have a data-driven approach and specialise in mentoring teams in challenging industries, helping them achieve success. My focus is on continuous growth and development, both for myself, my team, and the department.
