Originally from the North East, I have over 10 years’ experience in senior client-facing roles within the recruitment industry. I am passionate about understanding clients’ requirements and objectives, providing valuable insights and commercially beneficial recommendations to help them thrive in a dynamic environment. With a background in professional sports—having played for Durham County Cricket Club and competed in semi-professional rugby—I have honed my ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders while continually striving for success.
On a personal level, I am a huge fan of health, fitness, and the outdoors. I am particularly a keen rugby and cricket enthusiast, supporting the Exeter Chiefs, and I still manage to play cricket on Saturdays.
A little bit about your current role:
As the New Business Manager, I am responsible for identifying, developing, and managing opportunities to add new clients to Air’s existing list of exciting partners. I work collaboratively across multiple functions to ensure we provide a first-class service to every organisation that partners with Air to achieve their growth strategies.
