Shaun Weston

A little bit of background information:

I’m an experienced Account Director and Revenue Operations professional, with a demonstrated history of working in the sales and marketing industry for nearly 20 years. I’ve been at Air since early 2017, after relocating to the South West (I think I was employee number 11!), so I have seen all our growth and probably done every role, from Business Development Executive to Account Director to Head of Rev Ops! I’m definitely more geeky about CRM systems, Sales Tech Stacks and A.I. than most people can stomach, and that geek-obsessive personality trait carries across into my personal interests and my love of Pop Culture.

A little bit about your current role:

As the Head of Technology and Sales Optimisation, I lead the development, execution, and operational delivery of our sales process offering, focussing on expanding sales opportunities, strengthening client relationships, improving lead conversion and increasing revenue transparency to drive overall business growth. This is also the internal role I’m responsible for at Air, where I focus on driving Air’s vision of utilising technology to improve efficiency and performance, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of industry trends while delivering superior value to clients and internal stakeholders.

Samantha Bennett

A little bit of background info:

My career originally started as an Inbound Call Handler at a contact centre. I was quickly promoted to the Contact Centre Trainer where my passion for helping and developing others grew. Wanting to pursue my love of working with people, I moved into a HR & Facilities role for just shy of 5 years at a business on the outskirts of Exeter. I studied my CIPD level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management which allowed me to start looking for my next step up – Air!

A little bit about your current role:

I now head up HR at Air Marketing, with my responsibility focused on our people strategy. Our employees are the most important and valuable part of our company and I have been given the opportunity to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with them. Sometimes it can be hard juggling the many different things this role has to offer but that challenge, alongside the results it brings is immensely rewarding.

Kayleigh Mancini

A little background info:

My career in HR started over 15 years ago when I worked for a local council within the recruitment services team – this is where my love for the industry began.

Before joining Air in September 2021, I had the pleasure of being a stay-at-home mum until my daughter started primary school, I also studied my Level 5 CIPD in HR Management and worked in various roles at a local school.

I was originally born in Somerset where I was brought up on the Quantock Hills. I moved to Devon in 2011 with my partner, and since being in the county have discovered a love for water sports (even though I am a wimp with the cold and seaweed!), the South West Coast Path and Dartmoor!

A little bit about your current role:

Every day is different in the world of HR, but my main responsibility is to provide support and guidance to all employees. At times, HR can be a very challenging role, but it also brings so much delight!

A bit of background information

After leaving accountancy practice in the early 1990s, I spent seven fantastic years working in international yacht racing. Since then, most of my career has been spent in senior finance roles within the hospitality sector, with a particular focus on turning loss-making businesses into profitable, sustainable enterprises.

Outside work, I live in rural Devon with my husband and our numerous dogs. I also have a grown-up, horse-mad daughter, and I enjoy supporting her with her two horses. I love walking on Dartmoor and am also a fence judge for British Eventing. During the long winter evenings on Dartmoor, I spend my time writing somewhat edgy romantic novels.
